It was another fantastic week with this group of juniors in hotel Mooi Veluwe in Putten (NL). Especially the diversity, the collegiality, the sense of humor and the openness towards each other have given this training and me as trainer extra energy.

This week juniors, (developers and consultants) from different Microsoft Partners stepped into a new world: Introduction training in ERP with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Social cohesion became tested from day one. That same afternoon, at the end of the day, everyone was invited to play soccer after dinner or stretching their legs in the vicinity of the hotel. Everyone joined.

Cases, assignments, discussions and challenges during the training have taken the juniors to a higher level when it comes to standard business processes and the understanding of an ERP-system in general. During the assignments, everyone was able and willing to lend a helping hand to a greater or lesser extent. The presentations were clear in subject matter (self-chosen), but no less in explaining and description. 

I have seen the sociability and mutual bond grow this week, which was not at the expense of the attention during the training. This week exceeded my expectations and I think for most of the juniors in a positive way as well. They have learned a lot.
